TSQ 2015: Marketing quality - with success

Quality and innovative strength are the ideal way for the Swiss economy. Quality management is being pursued more diligently than ever before: Products are developed and improved. Despite ever more efficient production processes, this quality still has its price. A price that seems too high when quality is not properly perceived by buyers and influencers. As a constant companion, well thought-out communication becomes the match-deciding marketing instrument for quality.

Under the conference topic "Marketing Quality", leading minds from education, business and politics will shed light on various aspects and present ideas. In two sessions, external and internal "marketing" of quality will be examined. And last but not least, Federal Councillor Doris Leuthard will present the political understanding of Swiss quality. A festive highlight on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the SAQ Swiss Association for Quality will be the five young SAQ quality ambassadors and the Young Symphony Orchestra of Berne.
